Terms of Service

PipeAnswer is provided by ReelForge LLC.

• Trial: $19 one-time for 1 week and up to 40 minutes of AI call answering. The $19 includes a $10 non-refundable setup fee.
• Monthly plan: $79/month for 200 AI call minutes. Extra minutes $0.40/min, only after you agree by email, capped at $40/month unless you approve more.
• Going live: within 1 business day after you complete the setup form, with a test call.
• No auto-renewal: the trial never converts into a paid plan automatically.
• Refunds: trial within 72 hours of payment; monthly plan within 7 days of starting or upgrading. Refund = amount paid − $10 setup fee − $0.40 × minutes used. If the result is $0 or less, there is no refund and nothing more is charged. Refunds go to your original payment method in 5–10 business days. Full policy: pipeanswer.com/refund.
• AI disclosure: callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant.
• No guarantee: we do not guarantee bookings, sales, or revenue.
• Emergencies: the AI is not an emergency service and does not dispatch help.
